Hey u and please believe me when I say I mean this with the best of intentions – get over yourself please. Stop internalising and self assessing and thinking this or that about yourself and just live. Everybody is fucked up if they stop to look at themselves so don’t bother. Small things make your heart leap – like a butterfly or bird song. U don’t have to keep self analysing and shldnt. Its a waste of time. Just be and just be in the moment. Don’t over – think yourself or your life. It is what it is – get on with it which you are. That’s good but don’t call your life fucked up. Don’t look back in anger or otherwise. Its the moment n the future. Don’t wallow.
